APPLE CIDER NOG 
FOR 4 SERVINGS YOU WILL NEED:

2 eggs
1/4 c. sugar
1 c. apple cider
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
3 c. milk, boiling hot or chilled
Whipped cream and extra nutmeg for garnish

1. In bowl, beat eggs and sugar until light and fluffy. Add apple cider, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg.

2. If serving hot, whisk egg mixture into hot milk. Heat, stirring constantly until mixture simmers (do not boil). Pour immediately into heated mugs. Top with whipped cream and a dash of nutmeg.

3. If serving cold, whisk egg mixture into chilled milk. Serve in chilled glasses, garnished with whipped cream and nutmeg.
