SKILLET CHICKEN NOODLE CASSEROLE | |
1 sm. bag noodles 1 can cream of mushroom soup 2 c. water 1 c. milk 1 (8 oz.) can chicken 1 sm. box frozen peas 1 med. onion, chopped 2 tbsp. butter Heat electric skillet to 375 degrees. Add water, milk, butter, onion and soup. Bring to boil; add noodles and stir. Cover and turn to simmer for 15 minutes. Add peas and chicken; stir and simmer for 15-20 minutes more. Serves 5-6 people. |
