BLUE CHEESE BALL 
8 oz. blue cheese
8 oz. cream cheese
1/4 lb. butter (4 oz.)
2/3 c. chopped olives
1 tbsp. chives
Pecans (roast in oven at 350 degrees for 6 minutes, then chop)

Cream above ingredients except nuts; roll in nuts and refrigerate for 1 day.
