MACARONI-SHRIMP SALAD 
3/4 c. sm. macaroni shells, cooked (1 1/2 c.)
8 oz. cleaned, cooked shrimp, cut in half lengthwise
1/3 c. chopped celery
2 tbsp. sliced pimento stuffed olives
1 tbsp. parsley
1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. paprika
Parsley for garnish

Combine macaroni, shrimp, celery, olives and parsley. Blend together mayonnaise, vinegar, lemon juice, garlic salt, mustard and paprika. Toss with shrimp mixture. Chill. Garnish with parsley.

Serves 4.
