ONION CASSEROLE 
4 c. sliced onions
1/2 c. butter
1 1/4 c. corn bread stuffing mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. sour cream

Cook onions in butter until they are transparent. Mix other ingredients with onion. Put in casserole dish. Top with buttered bread crumbs. Brown in oven at 300 degrees.
