FLUFFY BUTTER FROSTING 
1/3 c. butter
3 c. powdered sugar, sifted
1/8 tsp. salt
1/4 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Cream butter on medium speed for 1/2 minute. Add sugar, salt, milk and vanilla. Stir on low speed to moisten ingredients, then blend on high speed for 2 minutes. Fills and frosts two 8 or 9 inch layers.
