FLUFFY 5 MINUTE FROSTING 
2 egg whites, unbeaten
1 1/2 c. sugar, granulated
1/8 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
1/2 c. cold water
1 tbsp. light corn syrup
1 tsp. vanilla

Place all ingredients except vanilla in top of double boiler over boiling water (or put pan directly on electric burner on lowest degree of heat).

Blend ingredients with electric mixer until well mixed, then at high speed until mixture will form a peak when beater is lifted, 5-10 minutes. Remove from heat and add vanilla and/or food coloring if desired. Excellent on chocolate cake with coconut sprinkled in frosting or on yellow cake with lemon filling and again use coconut in frosting.
