BANANA PUDDING 
3/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. flour
Dash salt
2 1/2 c. milk
2 egg yolks
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix sugar, flour, salt and milk. Cook until begins to thicken. Mix 5 or 6 spoons with the egg yolk. Then add to the mixture. Return to fire, cook until thickens. Add vanilla. Put in dish in layers 3 of bananas, 2 of wafers. Top with meringue.
