CHICKEN WITH BISCUITS | |
2 1/2 to 3 lb. frying chicken, cut up 1 c. barbecue sauce 1 can biscuits Cheese, shredded Dip chicken in sauce. Bake 40 to 45 minutes, until tender in 13 x 9-inch foil-lined pan at 375 degrees. Move chicken to one side of pan. Add 1 can biscuits. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup shredded cheese. Return to oven and bake about 15 to 20 minutes, until biscuits are done. |
