CHOW-CHOW 
1 peck red and green sweet pepper
1/2 gal. green tomatoes
2 lg. cabbage
10 med. onions
Hot pepper, as desired
3 qts. vinegar
5 lbs. sugar
Pickling spices and salt, to taste

Grind peppers, tomatoes, cabbage and onions. Squeeze out all juice. Mix ground mixture with vinegar, sugar, salt and spices. Cook until color changes and desired thickness. Pour into sterilized jars and seal.
