CHICKEN WITH ORANGE SAUCE 
2 1/2 to 3 lb. chicken, cut up
1 to 3 tbsp. grated orange peel, if desired
1/2 c. orange juice
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. red pepper sauce
1/3 c. salad oil
1 can (4 oz.) sliced mushrooms, drained

Wash chicken and pat dry. Place skin side down in single layer in ungreased baking pan, 13 x 9 x 2 inches. Mix remaining ingredients except mushrooms; pour over chicken. Bake uncovered at 400 degrees for 45 minutes. Turn; sprinkle with mushrooms and spoon sauce over chicken. Bake 15 minutes longer or until chicken is tender.
