CHICKEN KIEV 
Dill seed
Salt
Pepper
Tarragon leaves
Garlic powder
Chicken breasts - boned, skinned, flattened

Sprinkle above spices on each chicken cutlet. Roll tightly, with lump of butter in the center of each. Refrigerate a few hours.

Dip each roll in beaten egg or milk; flour; then back in milk or egg, then roll in bread crumbs.

Arrange in baking dish with pat of butter on each. Bake uncovered at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
