CHICKEN CELERY SALAD 
4 c. diced cooked chicken
2 c. diced celery
1 (4 1/2 oz.) jar whole mushrooms, drained
4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Salt to taste
Lettuce leaves
1/3 c. chopped pecans, toasted

Combine first 8 ingredients. Stir gently. Cover and chill 2 hours. Serve salad on lettuce and sprinkle with pecans. Serves 8 to 10.
