BREAKFAST DISH 
15 slices bread, trimmed
19 eggs
6 c. milk
4 tsp. dry mustard
2 tsp. pepper
4 tsp. salt
3 c. grated cheddar cheese
2 lb. sausage (browned, drained, crumbled)
Can sub. ham, bacon, etc.

Lightly butter both sides bread and place in baking dish or pans (at least 2 inches deep). Beat eggs with fork. Add milk and spices. Blend well and pour over bread. Top with cheese, then sausage. Refrigerate 12-24 hours, bake at 350 degrees, about 50 minutes. If cheese bubbles while cooking pierce with knife.
