CHOCOLATE ANGEL DESSERT 
12 oz. chocolate chips
2 tbsp. sugar
3 eggs, separated
1 pt. whipping cream
1 sm. angel food cake

In double boiler melt chocolate chips with sugar. Beat egg yolks. Remove chocolate mixture from heat; stir in egg yolks and cool 5 minutes. Beat egg whites until stiff. Whip cream; fold egg whites into chocolate, then fold in whipped cream.

Break angel food cake into bite-size portions and sprinkle half in bottom of glass pan (buttered). Cover with layer of chocolate. Dot with remaining cake and top with the rest of chocolate. Chill overnight.
