PEAR CAKE 
2 c. sugar
3 c. flour
1 1/4 c. Wesson oil
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
3 eggs, beaten
3 c. sliced fresh pears
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans

Mix dry ingredients together. Then add rest of ingredients and mix well. Bake in greased and floured large bundt pan 1 hour at 325 degrees or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
