FLAT BREAD 
3 c. white flour
2 c. graham flour
1 c. cornmeal
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. shortening

Blend above together with pastry blender. 1 tsp. baking soda, add to buttermilk 1 tbsp. sugar

Add to dry ingredients and stir only to blend. Roll out thin; cut in various pieces. Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown.
