COFFEE LIQUEUR 
1/2 c. instant coffee
4 c. sugar
2 c. boiling water
1/5 (4/5 qt.) bottle brandy
1 vanilla bean

In blender container, combine half of above ingredients, except vanilla bean, and blend at high speed for 10 minutes. Transfer to 2 quart sealed container. Repeat process with remaining ingredients and combine with first batch. Add vanilla bean.

Seal tightly, store in dark place 4-6 weeks. When ready to serve remove bean. Makes approximately 1 1/2 quarts.
