GARLIC POTATOES 
1 1/2 lb. potatoes (about 3 med., peeled)
1/2 tsp. salt
Freshly ground pepper
12 oz. cheddar cheese, grated
2/3 c. whipping cream
4 garlic cloves, crushed

Combine potatoes in large saucepan with enough water to cover and bring to boil over high heat. Reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender, about 20 minutes. Drain potatoes well, let stand until cool.
