ENCHILADA CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. lean ground beef
Dash garlic powder
1 dozen tortillas
1 (10 oz.) can enchilada sauce
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
3 sm. onions, chopped
1 (4 oz.) can green chiles, chopped
1/2 lb. shredded cheddar cheese

Combine ground beef, chopped onions, garlic powder, and chopped green chiles in a skillet. Simmer for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Dip 3 tortillas in enchilada sauce and place in bottom of a greased flat casserole dish. Add 1/4 of the meat mixture, spreading to form a thin layer. Add 1/4 of the shredded cheese; then 1/4 of the soup.

Continue layers of tortillas, meat, cheese, and soup until all ingredients have been used. Pour any remaining enchilada sauce over the top. Bake at 450 degrees for 20 minutes. Makes 8 servings.
