PICADILLO 
2 onions, diced
1 tsp. cumin
2 green pepper, diced
4 tbsp. olive oil
1/4 tsp. oregano
1 to 1 1/2 lbs. ground chuck
1 can black olives
1/2 tsp. salt
1 sm. jar capers
8 oz. tomato sauce
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 garlic clove, minced
1/4 tsp. celery seeds
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 jalapeno, sliced
1 lg. can whole tomatoes, cut

Saute onions, peppers, garlic and beef in oil. Add remaining ingredients and simmer 40 minutes over low heat.
