F.'S CHILI SUPREME 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. sausage
1 sm. round steak (cut into small pieces)
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 c. green peppers, chopped
2 (15 1/2 oz.) cans red kidney beans
1 (1 lb. 12 oz.) can tomatoes, cut up
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
2 tsp. chili powder
Several dashes "Texas Pete"
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

In skillet, cook ground beef, sausage and round steak until browned. Drain off excess fat. Transfer meat mixture to a slow electric crock pot. Add onion and green pepper. Stir in undrained kidney beans, undrained tomatoes, tomato paste, garlic, chili powder, "Texas Pete", and salt. Cover and cook on low heat setting for 8 hours. Makes 10 to 12 servings.
