GREEN CHILI CALDILLO 
8 to 10 long green chilies
1 lb. round or chuck steak
1 fresh tomato
1/2 sm. onion, chopped
1/4 c. flour

Roast chilies in broiler and peel them. Chop fine. Put aside until you brown chopped meat. Add tomato and onion to meat, then add flour and brown. Add chilies and enough water to make gravy. Salt to taste.
