SWEDISH NUTS 
1 1/2 c. pecans and/or almonds
1 c. walnut halves
1 c. peanuts

Heat nuts on cookie sheet at 325 degrees for 10 minutes.

1/2 c. butter
2 egg whites, beaten to form peaks
1 c. sugar
Dash salt

Melt butter in jelly roll or cookie pan. Gradually add sugar and salt to egg whites. Mix nuts into egg white mixture. Pour nut mixture into the pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes until golden in color. Dry on paper towels.
