1 1/4 c. sugar 1/4 c. cornstarch 2 tsp. orange rind 1/4 tsp. salt 5 c. 1 inch pieces rhubarb 1 tbsp. butter Preheat to 425 degrees. Combine all ingredients. Pour into an unbaked pie shell. Bake at 425 degrees for 45 minutes. |
