SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
16 oz. can pineapple chunks
1/4 c. fruit syrup
1/4 c. melted butter
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice or cloves
2 (18 oz.) cans vacuum packed sweet potatoes, drained
1/2 c. chopped nuts (walnuts, pecans, cashes, or hazelnuts)
2 c. miniature marshmallows

Drain fruit (save 1/4 cup syrup). Combine syrup, butter, brown sugar, spices in 9"x13" baking dish. Mix well.

Add potatoes, turning to coat with mixture. Arrange fruit over potatoes, sprinkle with nuts and marshmallows. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
