GERMAN POTATO SALAD 
1 head lettuce, chopped
4 to 6 baking potatoes (about 1 per person), cooked and peeled
1 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 sm. bunch green onions, finely chopped
Oil and vinegar to taste
Salt and pepper to taste

Allow potatoes to cool, cut into bite sized pieces, combine all ingredients, toss with oil and vinegar.
