FUDGE BROWNIES 
1 stick butter
2 eggs
6 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. flour
2 tbsp. oil

In a large saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Remove from the burner and add sugar, cocoa, and oil. Stir well. Add eggs, one at a time, beating until smooth. Stir in flour and beat well, then add the vanilla and beat it again for the last time. Pour into a greased 8 inch cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 18 minutes, if you like a soft fudge brownie get them out of the oven at this time. If you like more of a cake brownie, bake about 3 to 6 minutes longer.
