SPANISH SLAW 
1 head cabbage (chopped fine)
1 onion (chopped fine)
1 bell pepper (chopped fine)
1 tsp. celery seed

Add pimiento or red pepper (sweet) (for color if desired) 3/4 tsp. salt 1 tsp. celery seed 3/4 c. oil 1/2 c. vinegar

Bring above to boil. Pour over cabbage mix. Cover and marinate 12 or more hours in refrigerator.
