WHITE SAUCE SUPREME 
1 1/2 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 tsp. chicken stock
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/8 tsp. white pepper
1/8 tsp. Bon Appetit
1 1/4 c. hot milk
1 hard boiled egg
1 can sm. shrimp
3 servings cooked rice

Melt butter in saucepan over medium high heat. Stir in mixed dry ingredients and let mixture bubble for 1 minute. Stir in hot milk, mix well. Stirring constantly, cook over medium high heat until thick. Add egg and shrimp, serve over hot rice.
