1 box instant pistachio pudding
1 box white cake mix
1 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. walnuts
1 c. ginger ale
3 eggs

Mix together. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.

ICING:

1 lg. container Cool Whip
1 box pistachio pudding mix
1 1/4 c. milk

Mix together until smooth. Top off with nuts, coconut, or cherries. Very moist.
