PISTACHIO CAKE 
1 box white cake mix
1 box instant pistachio pudding mix
1 c. cooking oil
1 c. 7-Up
1 c. walnuts, chopped
3 eggs

Combine all ingredients. Mix well with electric beaters. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.

ICING:

1 lg. container Cool Whip
1 box instant pistachio pudding
1 c. milk

Mix milk and pudding together. Let stand about 15 minutes. Add Cool Whip. Spread on cooled cake.
