QUICHE 
1 lb. pork sausage roll
10 to 12 eggs (egg beaters or scrambles)
8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese (Kraft's mild reduced fat)
6 pieces of white muffin bread
1 c. skim milk

Brown sausage and drain fat. Beat eggs and broken bread into chunks to milk mixture. Pour into 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 30 minutes in preheated 350 degree oven. Can be frozen. If egg beaters or scramblers are used, this casserole is very low in cholesterol.
