STEAK CASSEROLE 
1 lb. round cubed steak
1 can of green beans, drained
2 onions, sliced
3 potatoes (peeled and quartered)
Flour

Layer potatoes, onions and green beans in baking dish. Cut steak into 1 inch strips, flour steak and brown in skillet. Remove steak and place on top of vegetables. Makes a brown gravy and pour over all. Cover and bake at 350 degrees until done.
