CARAMEL NUT CRUNCH 
1 stick butter
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. light corn syrup
6 c. Rice Chex
1 c. peanuts

In large pan melt butter, sugar and syrup, stirring together. When it comes to a boil, time for 2 minutes without stirring. Remove from heat. Stir in cereal and nuts until well coated. Pour out on cookie sheet and let cool.
