1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 c. flour
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla

Grease and flour a 10 inch tube pan. Pour 1/2 of the mixture then 1/2 of the topping then other 1/2 of batter and remaining topping. Bake at 325 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes.

TOPPING:

1/3 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. white sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. nuts or raisins
1/4 c. melted butter

Combine.
