BROCCOLI SALAD 
2 to 3 stalks fresh broccoli, cut into bite size pieces
1 (12 oz.) pkg. bacon, crisply fried and then crushed
1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded

DRESSING:

1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
1 c. mayonnaise

Simply make your mix and the dressing separately then pour the dressing over the salad and mix; refrigerate for 24 hours.
