BROILED SCALLOPS 
1 lb. bay scallops
1/3 c. honey
1/4 c. mustard
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. curry powder (or to taste)

Wash scallops and put in pan. Mix all other ingredients and pour half of mixture over scallops. Broil until lightly brown.

Turn scallops and baste with rest of mixture. Broil until lightly brown. Serve over rice.
