MEXICAN QUICHE 
1 (8 oz.) can chopped green chilies
1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
1 lb. cheddar cheese, grated
8 eggs
1 lg. can Pet milk
Paprika

Grease a 9 x 13 inch pan and preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spread chilies over bottom of pan. Sprinkle both cheeses over chilies. Mix 8 eggs together with the Pet milk and pour over cheese. Sprinkle paprika on top. Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Cut into squares.
