1 (15 oz.) can chili, no beans 1 (6 oz.) can V-8 juice 1/2 c. chopped onions 3 c. frozen whole kernel corn with red peppers 3 c. cooked rice In large saucepan, combine chili, V-8 juice and onion. Cook 5 minutes over medium heat. Thaw and drain corn, stir in with chili. Cover and simmer 4 minutes. Serve over rice. |
