MINUTE FUDGE FROSTING 
1 oz. chocolate, finely cut
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. Carnation milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine chocolate, salt, sugar and milk and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil gently 3 to 4 minutes. Add vanilla. Cool. fix this icing before you start mixing cake. It will be runny, but hardens as it cools on cake or cupcakes.
