MEATLOAF 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 c. soft bread crumbs
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. chopped green peppers
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. mild cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 lb. ground pork
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 c. grated Parmesan

TOPPING:

1/4 c. catsup
1 tsp. mustard
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Combine ingredients and mix well. Bake meatloaf in loaf pan 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. For a faster meal, put meatloaf in muffin tins for 25-25 minutes. Spread topping during the last 10 minutes.
