GRANDMA'S MEAT LOAF 
1/2 c. onion, chopped and browned
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 tbsp. oil
1/2 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. rosemary

Mix in separate bowl:

1/2 c. pineapple juice
1 c. fine, dried bread crumbs
1/2 c. parsley
2 lg. eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
Pineapple chunks

Mix the meat and pineapple juice/bread crumbs in two separate bowls. Add the pineapple mixture to the ground beef.

Shape into a large meatball and cook in a pie plate at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. Remove. Drain. Add pineapple chunks around meatloaf.

Brush the meatloaf with the following:

1/4 c. catsup
2 tbsp. pineapple juice
1/2 tsp. vinegar
1/4 tsp. prepared mustard

Return to oven for 15 minutes. Serve.
