PEAR HONEY 
3 lbs. pears (9 c.)
1 c. pineapple
Grated rind and juice of 1 lemon
5 c. sugar

Wash, peel and core pears - slice before measuring. Run through a food chopper. Add pineapple, pears, lemon rind, lemon juice and sugar. Cook over low heat, stirring frequently. Cook 20 minutes. Seal in prepared jars.
