PIZZA 
1 yeast
1 tsp. sugar
2 c. warm water
6 c. flour (more or less)
1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. salt
1 jar spaghetti sauce
1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, grated

Mix yeast, sugar, water and 2 cups flour and let rise about 20 minutes. Add oil, salt and rest of flour, knead for about 5 minutes, divide into 3 portions and let rise for 1 hour or until doubled.

Oil 3 pizza pans, put dough into them and spread to edges. Put sauce on each one and sprinkle with cheese. Bake in a 550 degree oven for about 14 minutes.
