PEAR HONEY 
4 lbs. soft pears
5 lbs. sugar
1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple

Peel pears; run through medium blade chopper. Add to sugar; drain juice. Add pineapple to mixture. Cook for 20 minutes or until consistency of honey. 4 quarts.
