CHICKEN POT PIE 
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. milk
3 c. diced chicken (cooked)
10 oz. pkg. mixed vegetables
1/4 tsp. thyme leaves (optional)
1 c. hot water
2 tbsp. butter
2 c. chicken flavored stove top stuffing

Mix soup and milk in 2 quart casserole dish. Stir in chicken, vegetables and thyme. Combine water and butter, stir to partially melted. Add stuffing mix and stir until water is absorbed then spoon over chicken mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or 20 minutes on high in microwave covered with wax paper. Serves 4.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
