CHICKEN-BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
4 boneless chicken breasts
1 (20 oz.) bag frozen broccoli
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 stick butter
5 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. chicken broth
1 c. whipping cream
3/4 c. bread crumbs
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook chicken until tender. Cut into bite size pieces. Put into 13x9 inch baking dish. Cook broccoli and drain. Place on top of chicken.

Melt butter in saucepan over medium heat. Blend in flour. Add cheese and broth and cook, stirring, until thick. Remove from heat. Add whipping cream; stir until smooth. Put over chicken and broccoli. Cover with bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
