PEACHES 'N CREAM CHEESECAKE | |
3/4 c. flour 1 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt 1 egg 1 pkg. dry reduced calorie vanilla instant pudding 3 tbsp. reduced calorie butter 1/2 c. skim milk 15 oz. can peaches, drained Combine ingredients except peaches, beat 2 minutes and spread in deep dish pie plate. Place drained peaches on top of batter. 1/2 c. sugar substitute 3 tbsp. peach juice Beat ingredients 2 minutes and spoon over peaches leaving 1" around edge. Sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon and 1 tablespoon sugar mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Serves 8. |
