4 c. white sugar
1 c. milk

Bring to a boil. Add 4 tablespoons butter. Boil to 236 degrees or soft ball stage add 1 1/2 cups peanut butter. Stir until smooth and cool. Pour in greased 13 x 9 pan. Cut when cold.
